Technology that puts your operation in order

We build custom software for companies, shops and organisations across Peru. We study how you work today, give you a written proposal with a fixed scope, timeline and price, and build the system in stages you can follow online from start to finish.

How we work, in four commitments

Not promises: four things you can verify for yourself while your project is under way.

  • Written proposal

Scope, timeline and price fixed before we start, with what is included and what is not. Any change is quoted separately and approved before it is carried out.

  • Verifiable progress

Your project goes through 9 stages and you see them in your panel, with the date each one was reached. Progress updates when it happens, not when you ask.

  • Data isolated by design

The separation between clients lives in the database, not in the interface. It is an architectural decision, and it is the one that keeps protecting your data even if everything else fails.

  • Direct contact

You talk to the person building your system. What you explain is heard by whoever will construct it, with no commercial layer translating it along the way.

What we do

Custom solutions for the way you actually work

We cover development end to end: from the internal system that runs your operation to the channel you reach your customers through. Most projects combine several pieces, and they are designed together so they work as one.

See the detail
  • Custom software development

Systems built around what your business actually does, not around what a product catalogue says.

  • Web development

Corporate sites that are fast on a phone, accessible, and built to get you contacted.

  • Online stores

Catalogue, cart, orders and an admin panel. With whichever gateway your bank approves.

  • Desktop software

Applications that run on the computer at your premises, with or without internet.

  • Mobile applications

Apps so your team or your customers can do from a phone what they do by hand today.

  • Automation and integration

What is copied and pasted by hand today, done by the system. And connecting what you already have.

How we work

From the first conversation to delivery

An ordered process, stage by stage. You know all of them before committing to anything, and from approval onwards you follow progress in your own panel.

  1. 1

    First conversation

You write through the form, WhatsApp or phone, and we talk. What we are after is how you work today and what is costing you time or money — not which system you want, which is usually the conclusion rather than the problem. If what you need is not our line of work, we say so at this step, before charging you anything.
  2. 2

    Written proposal

We prepare a quotation with the scope spelled out — what is included and, above all, what is not — the price breakdown, the estimated timeline and the terms. You get it as a document: download it as a PDF, read it calmly, run it past your accountant and compare it with others. A price given over the phone cannot be compared with anything.
  3. 3

    You decide

You approve or decline it from your panel, and the date is recorded. If you decline it, nothing is deleted: it is kept whole, with its scope and price, in case you want to pick it up later. Nobody should lose a proposal for having said "not now".
  4. 4

    50 % advance

On approval your project opens and the advance is generated. You pay by transfer, deposit or mobile wallet and upload the receipt from your panel; we verify and confirm it right there. If something does not add up we tell you exactly what and you upload it again: no payment is left hanging while someone remembers to ask.
  5. 5

    Agreement

Your agreement is generated with the project details, the approved scope, the timeline and the amounts already written in — it is not a generic template with your name on top. You read it on screen, download it, sign it and upload it. Our acknowledgement of receipt is what starts the work.
  6. 6

    Requirements gathering

Before a line of code is written we sit down with you to turn the scope into detail: what data each screen handles, who can see and do what, what the edge cases look like, and what information needs migrating from whatever you use today. This is the step that prevents the most rework, and the one that needs the most of your time: what is decided here is what gets built.
  7. 7

    Development in stages

The system gets built and your panel marks which stage it is in, with its date. You see working versions rather than screenshots: at each milestone we let you know and you can review it and comment. You can write to us whenever you like, but the point is that you should not have to write to find out how your project is going.
  8. 8

    Delivery, training and balance

We test, fix whatever comes up, hand over the system running, and train whoever is going to use it, with its manual. The balance is paid against that delivery. From then on the system is yours — code, access and data — with a warranty on defects attributable to the development work.

Let us talk about your project

Tell us what you need and we will give you a considered answer: whether it is feasible, how we would approach it, how long it would take and what it would cost. No commitment, and nothing to decide in the first conversation.
