1. 1.Who processes your data

   COMPUTRONIC JOTA SYSTEMS, based in Andahuaylas, Apurímac, Peru. The registered name and tax ID are marked as pending on this site and will be completed. For anything to do with your data, write to computronicjota0406@gmail.com.

2. 2.What data we collect, and only that

   If you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, and if you provide them, your phone and company, plus whatever you write in the message. If you file a complaint: what Peruvian law requires a complaints book to ask for. If you create an account: your email, your name and your password (stored hashed, never in the clear: not even we can read it). If you upload a payment proof or a signed contract: that file. And technically, the IP address a form is sent from, so we can block automated junk.

3. 3.What we use it for

   To reply to you, to quote and carry out your project, to meet our legal obligations on invoicing and on the complaints book, and to keep the site from filling up with spam. Nothing else. We will not send you marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or pass your data to anyone.

4. 4.Who else sees it

   The data is hosted on Supabase (database) and the site is served from Vercel. They are two infrastructure providers, and their servers may be outside Peru. There is nobody else: we run no advertising, no third-party trackers, and there are no social media pixels on this site.

5. 5.How long we keep it

   Contact messages, two years. Complaints, for the period Peruvian regulation requires. Anything with accounting or tax effects, for as long as tax law requires. Your account, as long as you want it: if you ask us to delete it, we delete it, except for whatever we are legally obliged to retain — and in that case we tell you exactly what and why.

6. 6.What you can demand of us

   That we tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, and stop using it. Write to computronicjota0406@gmail.com and we will respond. You do not have to justify the request, and we will not put obstacles in your way or ask you to ring a number.

7. 7.Cookies

   This site uses two kinds, and neither is for following you around: the session one, which remembers that you signed in (without it you would type your password on every page), and one that remembers which language you choose to read the site in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics.

8. 8.Security, said honestly

   We protect your data with the controls set out on the Security page. That same page says what we do NOT have: no certification, no external audit and no penetration test. No system is completely secure, and this one is not either. If there were ever a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

This document is informative and reflects how we work today. It does not replace legal advice, nor does it limit the rights Peruvian law gives you. If anything here contradicts your signed contract, the contract prevails.
