How we work

An ordered process, and you know all of it before we start

Eight steps, from the first conversation to delivery. Here is each one with what happens inside it, what we need from you, and when payment falls due. If something does not sit well with you, far better to know now than halfway through the project.

  1. 1

    First conversation

You write through the form, WhatsApp or phone, and we talk. What we are after is how you work today and what is costing you time or money — not which system you want, which is usually the conclusion rather than the problem. If what you need is not our line of work, we say so at this step, before charging you anything.
  2. 2

    Written proposal

We prepare a quotation with the scope spelled out — what is included and, above all, what is not — the price breakdown, the estimated timeline and the terms. You get it as a document: download it as a PDF, read it calmly, run it past your accountant and compare it with others. A price given over the phone cannot be compared with anything.
  3. 3

    You decide

You approve or decline it from your panel, and the date is recorded. If you decline it, nothing is deleted: it is kept whole, with its scope and price, in case you want to pick it up later. Nobody should lose a proposal for having said "not now".
  4. 4

    50 % advance

On approval your project opens and the advance is generated. You pay by transfer, deposit or mobile wallet and upload the receipt from your panel; we verify and confirm it right there. If something does not add up we tell you exactly what and you upload it again: no payment is left hanging while someone remembers to ask.
  5. 5

    Agreement

Your agreement is generated with the project details, the approved scope, the timeline and the amounts already written in — it is not a generic template with your name on top. You read it on screen, download it, sign it and upload it. Our acknowledgement of receipt is what starts the work.
  6. 6

    Requirements gathering

Before a line of code is written we sit down with you to turn the scope into detail: what data each screen handles, who can see and do what, what the edge cases look like, and what information needs migrating from whatever you use today. This is the step that prevents the most rework, and the one that needs the most of your time: what is decided here is what gets built.
  7. 7

    Development in stages

The system gets built and your panel marks which stage it is in, with its date. You see working versions rather than screenshots: at each milestone we let you know and you can review it and comment. You can write to us whenever you like, but the point is that you should not have to write to find out how your project is going.
  8. 8

    Delivery, training and balance

We test, fix whatever comes up, hand over the system running, and train whoever is going to use it, with its manual. The balance is paid against that delivery. From then on the system is yours — code, access and data — with a warranty on defects attributable to the development work.
Hands typing code on a keyboard with the editor open on screen.

Two things worth making clear up front

A timeline is an informed estimate, not a guarantee. If it is going to move, we tell you when we know and why, not on the delivery date. If the delay is ours, we say so in those words.

Changes during development are normal and asking costs nothing. What does affect the timeline and the price is taking on something that was not in the agreed scope: that is quoted separately and approved before it is carried out, never after.

The stages you will see in your panel

From the moment you approve the proposal, your project goes through these stages and your panel shows which one it is in, with the date each was reached. It updates when progress happens, not when you ask.

Let us talk about your project

Tell us what you need and we will give you a considered answer: whether it is feasible, how we would approach it, how long it would take and what it would cost. No commitment, and nothing to decide in the first conversation.
