What we can build for you
Six areas of work. Each one says what it includes, who it makes sense for, and what we need from you to start — because half the delays on a project are things the client did not know they had to prepare.

Custom software development
Systems built around what your business actually does, not around what a product catalogue says.
When off-the-shelf software forces you to work backwards from how you really work, the problem is not how you work. We build the system around your process: the fields you use, the permissions each person needs and the reports you actually look at.
What it includes
- A session to understand the current process, exceptions included
- A database designed up front, not improvised as we go
- Users with role-based permissions and a record of who did what
- The reports you ask for, exportable to Excel or PDF
- A user manual and a training session with your team
Who it makes sense for
Businesses that already have a process that works and run it on paper, over WhatsApp, or in a spreadsheet nobody dares touch any more.
What we need from you
One person on your side who knows the process and can make decisions, plus real examples of the documents you use today.

Web development
Corporate sites that are fast on a phone, accessible, and built to get you contacted.
Most of your visitors will arrive on a phone, on mobile data, with no patience. A site that takes four seconds loses half of them before they read the first line. We build for that case first and for the big screen second.
What it includes
- An original design, built for the phone from the first sketch
- A contact form with server-side validation and a bot trap
- Technical SEO: titles, descriptions, sitemap and structured data
- Accessibility: contrast, keyboard navigation and alternative text
- Visitor measurement, if you want it, with no third-party trackers
Who it makes sense for
Companies, professionals and organisations who today only have a Facebook page and need a site of their own to send people to.
What we need from you
Your logo in the best format you have, the copy or a willingness to write it together, and who decides on content.

Online stores
Catalogue, cart, orders and an admin panel. With whichever gateway your bank approves.
A store is not a catalogue with a buy button: it is stock that has to add up, orders with states, payment proofs somebody has to review, and customers writing in with questions. The admin panel is half the work, even though it is the half nobody sees.
What it includes
- Catalogue with categories, brands, variants and stock control
- Cart, orders with states, and a receipt for every sale
- A panel to manage products, prices, discounts and shipping
- Payments: bank transfer and mobile wallet from day one; card gateway once your bank approves one
- A notice to the customer at every change of order state
Who it makes sense for
Shops already selling over WhatsApp that have reached the point where writing orders down by hand is the bottleneck.
What we need from you
Your product list with prices and photos, and the bank account or wallet you will collect into. The card gateway you arrange with your bank and we help you through it.

Desktop software
Applications that run on the computer at your premises, with or without internet.
There are places where the internet drops, and there are tills that cannot stop serving customers because the internet dropped. For that, the application lives on the computer, saves there, and syncs when the connection comes back.
What it includes
- An application that works offline and syncs when the connection returns
- Printing to a thermal receipt printer or a normal one
- Barcode scanner and cash drawer, if you have them
- Automatic backup to a file you can copy to a USB stick
- An installer, so you can reinstall it yourself if you change machines
Who it makes sense for
Physical shops, pharmacies, restaurants and workshops where serving customers cannot depend on the internet being up.
What we need from you
To know which operating system the computers run, and which printer and scanner you use, with make and model.

Mobile applications
Apps so your team or your customers can do from a phone what they do by hand today.
The question before building an app is not how, it is whether. Very often a well-built website solves the same thing, needs nothing installed, and costs half as much. We say so before quoting, even when it means quoting less: an app genuinely earns its keep when you need the camera, GPS, push notifications or offline work.
What it includes
- A single codebase for Android and iOS
- What a website cannot do: camera, location, notifications and offline use
- Sign-in and permissions by type of user
- Publishing to the app stores, under your own developer accounts
- Updates without the user having to reinstall
Who it makes sense for
Delivery, field and stocktaking teams, and businesses whose customers come back daily rather than twice a year.
What we need from you
To decide together whether you really need an app, plus your Google and Apple developer accounts (they are paid, and they go in your name, not ours).

Automation and integration
What is copied and pasted by hand today, done by the system. And connecting what you already have.
Almost every business has someone moving data from one place to another by hand, every Monday. That can be automated, and what you gain is not only the time: the typing mistakes that somebody later has to go hunting for stop appearing.
What it includes
- Moving data between two systems that do not talk to each other today
- Reports that generate and send themselves
- Automatic backups, and proof that they can actually be restored
- Bulk import and export from Excel
- Automatic alerts by email or WhatsApp when something happens
Who it makes sense for
Businesses that already run two or three systems and have someone dedicated to keeping them in sync by hand.
What we need from you
Access to the systems to be connected, and to know whether they can be connected at all. Some older programs cannot be, and that has to be checked before anything is promised.
Not seeing yours?
These six are what we usually do, not a closed list. If what you need is not here, write to us: if we cannot do it we will say so, and if we know someone who can, we will tell you that too.
